Shipping & Return Policy
While our FREE shipping is typically 2 – 7 business days, we are experiencing a few shipping delays as several delivery carriers are experiencing delays due to high demand. Some shipments may experience a longer shipping time, fewer updates during transit or show no movement until they reach your local delivery hub. Thank you for your patience as we work diligently to ship your order.
FREE SHIPPING & RETURNS
Runnwalk provides FREE standard shipping and returns on ALL orders – no minimums or exclusions! Some customers may even qualify for upgraded shipping at no additional charge.
We are happy to send your order(s) within the United States or to APO/FPO addresses and Canada. Please note that we do not ship internationally(other than Canada).
We ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow for 1 additional Business Day to process your order. Orders placed after 5 PM EST Friday may not ship until the next business day.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels within 45 days from delivery date for a full refund. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
It can take up to 7 business days for us to receive and process your return. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method and can take 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button or send a return request to email@example.com. We will e-mail you a prepaid shipping label within 1 business day. Download and print your return label then drop your package at the nearest USPS, UPS, or FedEx location (as indicated in your shipping label). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item(s).
